To make my projects successful, I am working to being more efficient in driving success.

To be more efficient, I am mastering principles of agile project management. Some of the key out comes are: estimating, planning, change, and risk management.

The key project management tools are conflict resolution, agile framework, scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
